After a peerless run of releases, MOY brings his melodic mystique to Analogical Force with four cuts that walk the line between electro and IDM with style. ‘Omega Directive’ slides a bubbling acid line under plaintive synth work and tough drum machine beats, ‘Frequency Of Creation’ is all surging bass tones and questing 303 harmonics, and ‘Rubberbingo3’ is a braindance breakbeat mission with off-world keys and a relentless groove. ‘Metreon Cascade’, meanwhile, finishes the EP with an excursion into hallucinogenic electro-funk, boasting a body-popping b-line that dissolves into dreamy synth tones.
